Scheduling policy:
We hold a space on our calendar for agents and investors who partner with us. To serve them best and leave room for margin, we have a firm 24-hour hold policy. In order to confirm your inspection, we will need Showingtime approval or written approval from the seller for unlisted properties, and your inspection agreement must be signed. We will not be able to hold your spot if these criteria are not met within 24 hours of scheduling.

Residential home inspection services include any single-family home, up to a 4-unit multi. We will compile a complete analysis of the home’s systems and structures to determine health + give a comprehensive report of the home that lays out maintenance items, defects that need to be evaluated and corrected, or any material defects that need immediate attention.
Our reports are also loaded with helpful information about all of the systems and utilities. We even include a free HomeBinder which is a digital binder for your home which performs recall checks, sends out maintenance reminders, provides a place to keep important records, and more!

Annual maintenance inspections are recommended for all homes. A lot can happen in a year and a lot can go unnoticed by a homeowner. Having an unbiased, third party assess the health of your home is a great way to keep major concerns from becoming emergencies. We will inspect your roof, foundation & structure, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
On a well? We also perform annual water quality testing!
Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic. It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. We hold certifications with both IAC2 and the NRPP, and our testing services includes FREE confirmation testing!

Typical inspections do not include a visual check on the interior of the buried sewer line. We are certified and equipped to perform a video inspection of the lateral sewer line to check for issues. These repairs can cost many thousands of dollars, so we want you to be as informed and prepared as possible. This service comes with a FREE limited warranty on your sewer line if you also have us do your home inspection!
Final price depends on number of sewer lines and the location of the property.

We use EPA-certified water tests that allow us to check for a variety of containments including lead and heavy metals, bacteria, parasites, and other organisms. Testing is available for public water, private & shared wells, and even lakes & ponds. Specialty testing is available for PUFAs, narcotics & pharmaceuticals, radiation, cryptosporidium, and more!

We are IAC2-Certified and use the latest lab tests and analysis to detect mold in your home. Our standard mold test includes 1-2 outdoor control samples, 2 indoor air samples and a visual moisture intrusion inspection of the area in question. For an additional fee, we can swab visual apparent growth and perform a whole-home moisture intrusion inspection.
Home inspections do not include termite inspections, so be sure to schedule the Wood-Destroying Insect Report addon with your NC or SC inspection!

We are certified by the state of NC to perform point of sale septic system inspections. With this service, we will research the system history, locate the tank, uncover and examine the interior, locate and inspect the drain field, and provide updated ariel imaging of the system location. We also include a sewer scope at no additional charge!
